Message from HOD :

Welcome to the Department of Computer engineering, The Department of Computer Engineering was established in the year 1999. Since then, especially in the last twenty four years of the IT revolution, the department has taken long strides and is now we are Excellent Grade Department in the MSBTE-Maharashtra state board of technical education.

Today Computer Engineers need to have the capacity of adaptability and creativity in the new technical areas. Computer/Information Technology engineering involves knowledge not only of its own specialized fields, but also of wide interdisciplinary fields, as well. The department has well-qualified and dedicated and is known for its high academic standard, well-maintained discipline and complete infrastructure facilities. The dedication and hard work of the staff members have given fruitful results with our students securing ranks at MSBTE Examinations consistently. The department has been able to desire this approach with the help of the staff has excellent credentials and a promising outlook. The faculty is well groomed and has publications in multiple journal and conferences proceedings. It gives me immense pleasure to lead such a prestigious and complete department in every manner. Students are having enormous talents and creativity which are being explored by extra co-curricular activities like Group Discussion, Debate, Blind Coding, Programming contests, Project Competition, Paper and Poster Presentation etc. I, congratulate the teaching and non-teaching staff and students for their brilliant effort in making the department.
